Every new student is welcome to try a free trial class before enrolling in a paid plan. This gives parents and students the chance to meet their tutor, understand how classes are conducted, and see if the schedule fits their routine — all with no payment or commitment required. Because the trial is offered free of charge, no payment is collected during this period, and there is nothing to refund.
